One of the best Father's Days

This past weekend was Fathers Day weekend. You see the dads out in full force at the race tracks. Whether taking the kids to the races or helping their kids with the cars, dad's are a staple of the racetrack scene. Due to the crew shooting in North Dakota, I couldn't be with my dad for the first time in about 20 years. So what's a kid to do when he needs to get dad something extra special? Ask a favor. We were lucky enough to get an interview with Steve Kinser. Once the interview was over, I asked if Steve could  do me a favor. I wanted him to call my dad, a race fan, and wish him a happy fathers day. He graciously agreed and what transpired after that is something truly cool. It was possibly the best gift I could've gotten him. Often times we all get caught up in what we are doing and forget about family or doing special things for them. I'm really glad I got to do this for my dad. I've met a lot of cool people and already made a lot of memories on this documentary but I think this one will stand out as the most memorable.
